Magnesium bisglycinate is a chelated form of magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine. It is characterized by a mild effect and is usually well tolerated, including with sensitive digestion. Often used in formulas aimed at regular use.
Magnesium carbonate is a mineral form of magnesium that can act as a source of the element in the composition of complex products. Used in combination with other forms for a balanced composition.
