Payment and Delivery Terms

Delivery within Kyiv city area is carried out by a courier the next day after placing the order.

Delivery to the suburbs of Kyiv city is carried out only by the "Nova Poshta" delivery service company.

IMPORTANT! Delivery of goods in Kyiv and Ukraine is NOT AVAILABLE on weekends!

Shipping cost:

Kyiv city area: door to door delivery by a courier. The shipment cost – UAH 100,00. When ordering goods for the amount of more than UAH 2,000, delivery is free.

All over Ukraine: delivery by "Nova Poshta". The shipment cost is based on the Nova Poshta tariffs. When ordering goods for the amount of more than UAH 2,000, delivery is free.

Payment terms:

Method 1. Using a credit or debit card (LiqPay)

You can pay for the product online using one of the following options:

• VISA or MasterCard cards

• Liqpay system

• Privat 24 system

Method 2. Payment at the PrivatBank cash desk

To pay the bill through the Bank's cash desk, you need to print out and present the bill to the cashier, which will be generated automatically when placing the order and sent to the specified e-mail address.

Method 3. Payment in cash upon receipt of the order

Payment is made only in the national currency (UAH) upon receipt of the order at the delivery point (with pickup from our stores) or in cash upon delivery within Kyiv city area.
