BCAA Blueberries Flavor is a dietary supplement; contains a complex of amino acids which is beneficial for muscle protein synthesis. 

As a dietary supplement, this product is an additional source of amino acids: L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine good for athletes and any other people who lead active lifestyle and control body weight. 

The product optimizes protein metabolism, promotes rapid recovery and muscle growth, increases physical performance and endurance of the body during high physical and psycho-emotional stress.

Properties:

• L-Leucine is an amino acid involved in muscle anabolic processes, in the synthesis of new protein structures
• L-Isoleucine - activates muscle protein synthesis by the mTOR mechanism ("target of rapamycin in cells")
• L-Valine is an essential amino acid required for muscle metabolism, repair of damaged tissues and maintenance of normal nitrogen metabolism in the body.
• Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) - plays an important role in metabolism, is involved in the functioning of the central and peripheral nervous system, in the synthesis of neurotransmitters.

Suggested use:

Mix one serving of 5g (2 measuring spoons) with 400 ml of water, take 30-40 minutes before, during, and immediately after your workout. Consult your healthcare professional before use. 

Warnings and cautions:

Do not take before bedtime. Do not exceed the suggested daily dose. Individual sensitivity to individual components of the product, pregnancy, lactation period, children under 16 years of age. 

Terms and conditions of storage:

Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C and at max. 85% relative humidity. Keep up and our of reach of children.  The shelf life is 24 months.
