BCAA by Vansiton with Grapefruit flavoring is a sports nutrition supplement that contains a complex of amino acids that promotes muscle protein synthesis.

This dietary supplement is an additional source of L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, which are recommended for use by athletes and anyone who leads an active lifestyle and controls body weight. Taking the product optimizes protein metabolism, promotes rapid recovery and muscle growth, increases physical performance and endurance of the body during high physical and psycho-emotional stress.

Properties:

• L-Leucine is an amino acid involved in the anabolic processes of muscles, in the synthesis of new protein structures;
• L-Isoleucine - activates the synthesis of muscle protein by the mTOR mechanism ("target of rapamycin in cells");
• L-Valine is an essential amino acid necessary for muscle metabolism, repair of damaged tissues and maintenance of normal nitrogen metabolism in the body;
• Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) - plays an important role in metabolism, is involved in the functioning of the central and peripheral nervous system, in the synthesis of neurotransmitters.

Suggested use:

Mix one serving 5 g (2 measuring spoons) with 400 ml of water. Take 30-40 minutes before, during, and after the workout. Consult your healthcare professional before use.

Do not take before the bedtime. Do not exceed the suggested daily dose.
