A number of studies have shown, whey protein concentrate is unique to the so-called "fast" proteins. Amino acids, which are part of it, are very quickly passed into the blood and stimulate protein synthesis. That is why it is also called "anabolic" protein. Milk protein is classified as "complete" proteins. Its components take longer to enter the circulatory system, but at the same time, their high level in the blood increased much longer. What is more interesting, the use of milk protein prevents the breakdown of protein without affecting its synthesis. It is for this reason that milk protein received the status of "anti-catabolic".

Suggested use:
