Shilajit is an organic substance of natural origin. The composition is quite complex and includes many minerals, vitamins, amino acids, and other biologically active substances.
Shilajit contains:
- numerous micro- and macroelements necessary for the normal functioning of the body. Among them are calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, selenium, and others;
- various organic acids, such as humic acid, malic acid, oxalic acid, and others. These acids give the product anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties;
- all the amino acids necessary for the body, which are involved in the construction of proteins and the regulation of many physiological processes;
- B vitamins, vitamin C, and others that are necessary for the normal functioning of the body;
