Casein is a complex protein, the main component of milk, in the form of calcium caseinate. When it enters the stomach, casein breaks down, providing the body with useful amino acids.
Casein protein contains 9 essential amino acids necessary to support muscle recovery. It is digested slowly, within 4–6 hours, amino acids are released into the blood gradually, which allows muscles to recover during nighttime and between meals. Suggested use:
