Suggested use
With parents supervision, children 4-8 years, take one (1) scoop one hour prior to bedtime and children 9-12 years take two (2) scoops one hour prior to bedtime. Mix with your child's favorite beverage (water, milk) or their favorite snack (yogurt, ice cream). Parents, as a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that your child takes with their health care providers.
Other ingredients
Xylitol granulation (xylitol, dextrin), cocoa powder (processed with alkali), natural chocolate milk flavor, medium chain triglycerides, natural cherry flavor, stearic acid, silica, monk fruit extract. Contains milk.
