Black walnut (Juglans Nigra) has many beneficial properties due to its rich composition of biologically active substances.
Product properties:
Antiparasitic (anthelmintic) action. This is one of the most well-known properties of black walnut. The active ingredients are naphthoquinone and tannins, which disrupt metabolic processes in their bodies, leading to the death or paralysis of worms. Tannins also create an unfavorable environment for the life of parasites and promote their removal from the intestines.
Anti-inflammatory effect. Tannins and flavonoids suppress the production of inflammation mediators, reduce capillary permeability and reduce swelling, thereby alleviating inflammatory processes.
Antioxidant action. Black walnut is rich in vitamin C (significantly more than in citrus fruits and black currants), as well as other antioxidants (flavonoids, polyphenols). Antioxidants neutralize free radicals that damage cells and contribute to the development of many chronic diseases, aging and inflammatory processes. This helps protect the body at the cellular level.
Immunomodulatory and tonic effect.
