L-arginine is the amino acid with the highest proportion of nitrogen and is an important component of a complex protein. Appropriate protein intake can ensure skeletal muscle recovery, provided that nitrogen balance is maintained. By combining the amino acid L-arginine with alpha-ketoglutarate or 2-oxoglutarate, a superior form of L-arginine is also obtained.
Athletes seek this product in particular for the synthesis of nitric oxide (NO) and the associated better vasodilatation. Vasodilation is the widening of blood vessels through which blood flow increases and improves the supply of oxygen and nutrients to the muscles, which can then function at a higher intensity.

Suggested use:
1/2 of monodose (indicated by the mark on the label) 30 minutes before the physical effort. Do not use the product in the evening before bedtime. The maximum daily dose is 12.5 ml. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
