Suggested use:
Take one dose of 5 g (one measuring spoon - 2.5g), mix with 400 ml of water and use 30–40 minutes before you start working out and 10–20 minutes after the workout. Drink with water or non-acidic juice.
Warnings and cautions:
Do not take before the bedtime. With large overdoses (2-3 or more times), the effect of strong excitation may appear.
