Salt Caps are gelatin capsules intended to reduce the risk of cramps and spasms during exercise.
The capsules combine electrolytes, vitamins and L-carnosine, which reduces the effect of lactic acid accumulation. Lactic acid is produced in muscles during their contraction due to the anaerobic enzymatic breakdown of glycogen during intense training and excessive physical exertion, which causes exhaustion of the body. The accumulation of lactic acid causes pain, muscle fatigue and can lead to cramps and spasms.
Salt capsules maintain the necessary level of electrolytes and prevent fluid loss, which can also cause a feeling of weakness, cramps and spasms in athletes during training. The capsules allow you to maintain strength and endurance and maintain physical performance at the maximum level.
Active ingredients:
- Organic forms of minerals Na, Mg, Ca, K, Cl, P.
- L-carnosine is a dipeptide consisting of two amino acids: beta-alanine and histidine. It has the property of reducing the accumulation of lactic acid in the muscles, which leads to less fatigue, increases endurance, strength and increases efficiency during training.
- In the composition of the capsules, L-carnosine in combination with sodium and phosphorus salts help to “disperse” lactic acid salts and reduce its effect on the blood and muscle mass.
- Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 help to release the energy necessary for muscle work.
- Vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate) - helps prevent cramps.

Directions for use:
On training days and/or exercise, take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules 40 minutes before training, drinking plenty of water. Do not chew or bite the capsules.
You cannot drink the capsules with dairy, isotonic, hypertonic, alcoholic beverages.
During prolonged, exhausting workouts, you can take 1 capsule every 20–30 minutes or as needed.
The maximum daily dose is 5 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
