Directions for Use:
Mix one serving of powder 336-340 grams (approximately two scoops) with 710-720 ml of cold water, milk, or another beverage in a shaker or blender. Shake for 30-45 seconds until fully dissolved. Consume immediately after training or between meals.
Beginners are recommended to start with ½ serving per day during the first week, then gradually increase the dose to 1 serving per day.
