Melatonin is a key hormone produced by the pineal gland that regulates circadian rhythms. It facilitates falling asleep, supports the nervous system, and helps regulate the biological sleep-wake cycle, particularly when crossing multiple time zones.
Melatonin possesses immunostimulating and antioxidant properties, reduces stress responses, helps with sleep disturbances, and exhibits stimulating, sedative, and sleep-inducing effects.
Recommendations for use:
A dietary supplement as an additional source of glycine and melatonin. It helps alleviate the specific sensations associated with changing time zones and reduces the time required to fall asleep. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
Suggested use:
Adults should take 1 capsule daily, 30–60 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Consult a doctor before use. Dosage and duration of use may be adjusted as directed by a doctor. This product is not a medicine.
Contraindications:
Individual intolerance to product components, children under age of 18, pregnancy and breastfeeding women, inflammatory or autoimmune diseases, epilepsy, asthma, activities requiring heightened attention.
